Biography
[Felix del Barco, dj and producer]
Felix
Del Barco's passion for electronic music began in the early
90's, while he lived in the United States. During his stay,
he learned to understand and appreciate the music styles
of important DJs like: Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Steve Lawler,
Digweed, Chris Fortier, George Acosta, Oscar G among other
South Beach residents.
Subsequently,
Felix began playing at local dances and small parties. His
first residency was in Playa Jaco, Costa Rica at a disco
bar called
"Fusion". This eventually led to his now regular
appearances at foremost Costa Rican clubs such as: Vertigo,
Lubnam and Frankie Go.
After
some time, he initiated his stint at Disco Bar "El
Yos", where aside from playing he heads the organization
of parties with Costa Rican and Internation DJs.
